At Dr. Khubybe’s Ltd, we maintain the extreme quality standard for each of its products and services. We vouch that the quality of all our products will meet or exceed expectations. We do our best to make sure your product is in excellent condition when shipped. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item in its original packaging and conditions within (no) days of purchase, and Dr. Khubybe’s Ltd will be happy to reimburse, replace or exchange them for you. We only exchange products that you received in a faulty or damaged condition or when a separate product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you. Any self-inflicting damage done by the customer isn’t part of the return policy or (no) day warranty.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY
You must return the product(s) its original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition, it was received. Once your returned item is received, our team will review your request and inspect it. A confirmation email that your item has been accepted will be sent to you, and then we will follow up with another email once the application has been processed to let you know that your return was accepted. If approved, we will refund your account through the original method of payment. A refund will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the return, and the refund may take up to 8-12 weeks to go back to the customer’s payment source.
Each payment companies have various numbers of days it takes to approve a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

You will need to obtain a Return Ticket ID from us before sending your item back to Dr. Khubybe’s Ltd. Kindly feel free to contact us either by Info@drkhubybe.com or +44 20 3150 4429 to get the refund and return guide.
In case you choose to contact through email: Please email us at Info@drkhubybe.com a request for a refund or an exchange with the order number. Then, we will forward your Return Ticket ID and shipping instructions.
If contacting by phone: Please have your order number ready and call us at +44 20 3150 4429 to obtain the Return Ticket ID.
We will not accept a refund for the package without a Return Authorization number.
At Dr. Khubybe’s Ltd we use a proprietary packaging process, we make sure that 99.8% of our goods arrive in the same well packaged and error-free state they left our warehouse. If you receive a damaged product, please file a claim with our support team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the returned item has been received, Dr. Khubybe’s Ltd will carefully inspect and then process your refund via voucher or bank transfer based on your selected option, and this cannot be changed after our CS Team has registered the choice.
If it becomes possible that you get a damaged or defective item, we’ll be glad to exchange the item for a new one. These items must meet our return criteria of being in a saleable condition upon return to Dr. Khubybe’s Ltd. Once the items have been received and inspected by us, the items that need to be exchanged will be sent out to the customer.
After submitting a return request to, Dr. Khubybe’s Ltd will forward to you return PDF shipping tag. Kindly print out the return request and affix it to your package. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Dr. Khubybe’s Ltd will subtract the price of return shipping from your refund. All shipping costs associated with exchanges is at the customer’s expense.
While we strive to have no mistakes, we realize that we are not perfect, and mistakes do happen. If the wrong or defective item was shipped, please let us know immediately, and we will correct the situation at our expense. We will send the correct details along with a return label for shipping the incorrect item back to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot issue shipping refunds on return items under any other circumstances.
We do not offer free shipping, and it takes three days to process an order. After processing time, your item will be delivered in 3-5 days depending on the shipping method you use
The delivery time quoted with each shipping option on our website is an estimate based on averages provided by any carrier we utilize. We will present to you available shipping prices and options immediately you place your order.
RISK OF LOSS DURING SHIPMENT
All items purchased from Dr. Khubybe’s Ltd or any of our sales/distribution agents that must be shipped to the customer involve the use of a shipping carrier. These shipping carriers have their terms and conditions of use, were applicable you agree to the individual shipping contracts. This means that the risk of loss or damages caused during shipping is between you and the shipping company. However, in the unlikely event of a lost package or if the packaging is damaged during shipping, we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue.
